Our Healthy Smiles membership plan covers discounted preventive care and treatment for one yearly fee. No deductibles. No waiting periods. Ask us about it when you call or at your first visit.

We are in-network with many major dental plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, Delta Dental, MetLife, and United Concordia. If you're unsure whether we accept yours, call us and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.

What to know before you come in:

We file claims with your carrier on your behalf
Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service
For out-of-network plans, we'll submit claims so you can receive any eligible reimbursements
